Aunbnb is an independent short term rental operations company. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Ring, or any other booking platform, property management system, data provider, or device manufacturer mentioned on this website.

Property screens, revenue scenarios, and regulation confidence research are operational decision support. They are not an appraisal, guarantee, brokerage service, legal opinion, tax advice, or investment recommendation. Local rules, permits, insurance, title, financing, and returns must be verified by appropriately qualified professionals.

Physical property services and regulated activities are performed by the client or qualified local partners where available. Service availability varies by market. Aunbnb does not claim universal licensing, local coverage or authority to act beyond the written agreement.

Exterior alert response is event based operational support, not continuous surveillance, licensed alarm monitoring, security service, or emergency response. It cannot guarantee prevention of gatherings, damage, crime, or unauthorized access. The client is responsible for lawful installation, disclosure, permissions, local response, and platform compliance. No indoor camera use is supported.

Product interfaces marked as demo or illustrative do not represent live client data. Founder history is separated from current company performance. Specific results vary and no revenue, occupancy, rating or cost outcome is guaranteed.

Prices are in USD. Complete remote operations uses incremental per listing rates; individual monthly services and one time projects are priced separately. Applicable taxes, third party subscriptions and physical vendor costs are excluded. Monthly operations offers 8 hours per day in an agreed time zone or 24/7 coverage, both seven days a week. The selected daily window limits the 8 hour service. Routine reporting and revenue work remain scheduled in both options. One time onboarding is $49.50 per property, separate from the monthly fee. Where a two week paid pilot is agreed, its dates and terms are confirmed in writing and it does not renew automatically. Continuing monthly service requires agreement and has 30 days’ cancellation notice. Onboarding is not charged again for the same properties. Website enquiries do not take payment or start coverage; scope, staffing, dates and payment terms are confirmed in writing before invoicing.
