What counts as one listing?

One independently rentable property counts once, even when advertised on Airbnb, Booking.com and other channels. Select the properties you want us to support, from 1 to 100.

What hours are included?

Choose 8 hours every day in an agreed time zone, or continuous 24/7 coverage. Both include all seven days. The 8 hour service does not cover the remaining 16 hours. Revenue reviews and reports follow a scheduled workflow in either option.

How do volume discounts work?

Complete operations costs $149.50 for each of the first 10 listings, $139.50 for each of the next 40, and $124.50 for each of the next 50 with 8 hour daily coverage. The 24/7 rates are three times these amounts. Lower rates apply only to listings in that band. Individual services use their displayed fixed per listing prices.

How does service start?

We confirm scope, staffing, time zone and your start date before invoicing. A two week paid pilot can be agreed as the first step, with no automatic renewal. Monthly service has 30 days’ cancellation notice. Onboarding is not charged again for the same properties.

What does onboarding include?

At $49.50 per property, onboarding covers account permissions, property instructions, approved local contacts, communication standards and the handoff into service. It applies once to properties starting recurring services. Project prices include their own preparation.

Is the complete package the same at every size?

Yes. Listing count changes the price, not the core service. The complete package includes all monthly service categories. Guest support and urgent triage operate during your selected coverage hours; routine coordination, revenue work and reporting follow scheduled workflows. We confirm staffing and coverage before accepting the start.

Are there workload limits or extra charges?

Published prices cover standard remote workflows using your existing systems, property instructions and approved local team. We check reservation activity, languages and unusual workload before accepting the engagement. Any work outside the agreed scope needs your approval first. There are no automatic per message charges.

What stays separate?

Physical cleaning, repairs, inspections, supplies, hardware, third party subscriptions, carrier charges and vendor invoices. Applicable taxes are separate. Property alert response is not continuous surveillance or emergency attendance. Full listing launches and property research are separate projects.

Does owner reporting show profit?

The complete package and owner reporting service include a reviewed monthly view of revenue, recorded expenses, operating result and owner cash flow. Missing costs stay visible. You provide complete records; historical reconciliation, trust accounting, tax calculations and bookkeeping are separate.
