The contact form stores your name, email, property count, request and any optional business details or pricing selection in a private website database. Authorized Aunbnb reviewers use these details to assess fit and follow up. Do not submit guest personal details, passwords or sensitive financial records. Requests remain stored until an authorized reviewer deletes them when no longer needed; any retention needed for a client engagement is addressed in its agreement.

This site uses session storage to remember a landing page and campaign labels for up to 30 minutes. If you submit an enquiry, those labels are included to help us understand which outreach led to the request. No advertising pixels, cross site identifiers or website visitor analytics are added by this feature. Blocking session storage does not prevent enquiries.

The operating stories use sample data and do not connect to your PMS or dispatch work. Financial worksheet inputs remain in the current browser session and are not submitted through the worksheet. Pricing selections are included in an enquiry only when you submit the contact form.

Client operations may involve reservation context, guest communications, property instructions, incident records and vendor information. Access is limited by role and purpose. Detailed retention, subprocessors and deletion procedures are defined during onboarding.

Where contracted, Aunbnb may receive selected alerts from client controlled, properly disclosed exterior devices and privacy safe noise or access systems. We do not support indoor cameras. Event information should be reviewed only for defined operational purposes and retained only as required by the incident workflow and applicable law.

Operational access follows client permissions, individual accounts and multifactor authentication where supported. The website inbox is restricted to authorized reviewers. No website can guarantee absolute security. Use the contact form to report a concern, without including sensitive incident details.

Use the contact form to ask about your stored information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw from marketing communication. Enter 0 properties for a privacy request and include an enquiry reference if you have one. Legal rights vary by location and may be subject to contractual or statutory retention duties.
